Producers, importers, and brand owners across plastic packaging, e-waste, batteries, tyres, and used oil categories face tightening annual targets and increased regulatory scrutiny.
Entities should proactively audit their EPR registrations, review annual return calculations, secure certified EPR credit documentation, and ensure PRO/recycler agreements contain adequate indemnity and compliance verification clauses.
