We are built for lawyers who think, not just execute.
TRION Law Partners LLP is built for lawyers who think, not just execute. We operate at the intersection of litigation, commerce, and strategy, where legal outcomes materially shape business decisions. Our work demands intellectual discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage deeply with complex problems across disputes, transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
As a firm, we have made a deliberate and structural commitment to AI-integrated legal practice. We use AI tools across research, drafting, and workflow management. However, at TRION, AI is not a substitute for legal thinking. It is a tool. The responsibility of analysis, judgment, and strategy always rests with the lawyer.
We are not looking for individuals who rely on AI to produce answers. We are looking for individuals who can interrogate those answers, improve them, and take ownership of the final legal output.
Our internship program is designed for individuals who are serious about building a career in law and are willing to engage with the discipline it requires.
We look for interns who demonstrate clarity of thought, curiosity, and the ability to apply their mind to legal problems. You should be willing to read extensively, think independently, and contribute meaningfully to assignments rather than mechanically complete them.
At TRION, interns are expected to go beyond surface-level research. Whether it is case law analysis, drafting assistance, or legal note preparation, we expect you to understand the "why" behind every task.
AI tools may be used, but never blindly. Any work generated using AI must be verified, refined, and owned by you. Headless reliance on AI is not acceptable.
Fresh graduates joining TRION must bring strong foundational legal knowledge and a demonstrated ability to think through legal issues independently.
We value individuals who are willing to put in the hard work required to become excellent lawyers. This includes late-night drafting, detailed case law reading, procedural understanding, and the ability to structure arguments logically and persuasively.
You should be comfortable working in a high-responsibility environment where your work directly contributes to live matters. Precision, accountability, and intellectual honesty are non-negotiable.
AI is expected to be part of your workflow, but only as an enhancer of efficiency and output quality. It cannot replace legal reasoning, analysis, or effort.
For lateral positions, we look for lawyers who bring both technical competence and strategic maturity.
You should have demonstrable experience in handling matters end-to-end, whether in litigation, advisory, or transactional work. More importantly, you should be able to think commercially, anticipate risks, and contribute to client strategy beyond narrow legal questions.
We value individuals who can take ownership of matters, mentor junior team members, and maintain high standards of drafting and analysis.
A strong lateral candidate at TRION understands how to use AI tools intelligently to improve turnaround time and output quality, while ensuring that every deliverable reflects independent legal judgment and professional rigor.
TRION is an AI-integrated law firm. We believe in leveraging technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness. However, we equally believe that the foundation of legal practice remains unchanged.
Legal excellence comes from deep reading, rigorous thinking, structured drafting, and continuous learning. AI can accelerate these processes, but it cannot replace them.
Every lawyer at TRION is expected to treat AI as an assistant, not an authority.
